Ever find yourself capable of building pretty much anything, but somehow shipping nothing?
Well, that was me, and itās why I still havenāt shipped anything real despite having wanted to become a solo-founder for over a decade.
Embarrassing, I know š¤¦
If you are reading this right now, that means Iāve shipped at least one thing in this journey.
In here you may find some of my most raw, brutally honestly, dangerously vulnerable, and painfully relatable field notes on trying, failing, and trying again to break through my limiting beliefs and building a profitable product that people want and pay for.
If you havenāt noticed, this site is built on Notion. Itās got very limited set of features, and it feels very exposing and a little embarrassing. Itās kind of like reading my personal diary in front the entire school, or moving all my fridge sticky notes onto a community bullet board. Itās like showing up to a business meeting in pajamas.
I was actually 95% done with coding a fancier version of this page, but I scrapped it after not being able to stop myself from tweaking random details for 2 weeks.
I then tried to use a few different website builders, getting to around 95% done as well, and ended up scrapping those as well because they still gave me enough options to be get myself stuck in decision paralysis.
I had to use my last resort in order to ship: I hit āPublishā on my landing page draft in Notion.
